The Mosaic Board

A one-of-one end grain board in an offset mosaic pattern, in black walnut, maple, and cherry. The biggest board built so far. Finished with a juice groove around the perimeter and a beveled base, cut at 45 degrees on all four sides with a small flat edge remaining at the top, which gives your fingers an easy place to lift from. That makes this one built for one side rather than reversible.

The Build

Sanded through six grits, 80, 120, 150, 180, 240, and a final pass at 320, and water popped between every one so it stays smooth after its first wash. Finished with multiple rounds of mineral oil and a final beeswax board butter.

Ready to ship now, no build queue to wait on. This is the only one, so once it's sold, it's gone.
