Shipping & Returns

Boards ship in about two weeks since everything is made to order, except pieces already finished (Character Grade, anything in stock), which go out within a couple of business days.

Shipping Cost

Most single-board orders run about $25 to $35 to ship, climbing to around $40 to $50 for the Gathering and Heirloom boards. Shipping cost is currently a placeholder pending final boxing and carrier setup, and may be adjusted.

Returns

Stock, non-personalized boards can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, with the customer covering return shipping. Custom orders, engraving, personalization, and anything from the Character Grade collection are final sale.

Damage in Transit

Report any damage with photos within 48 to 72 hours of delivery, and we will repair or replace it at no cost.

The Craftsmanship Promise

Every board is built to last decades. If a board ever cracks, splits, or comes apart at a glue joint under normal home use, we will repair or replace it. This does not cover normal wood movement such as slight cupping or minor checking, which is expected with solid wood and addressed on the Board Care page.
